In my Health Class we have to write reflections on movies and journals and on my journals number 1 was we had to write how we feel about life as of right now and our goals in life and then in journal number 2 was that we had to write about how we deal with stress and by doing this let's us express ourselves on how we feel about the topic and Ms. Lisa gave us constructive criticism and listening to everyone's thoughts in class to see what how they felt.
